Poor Hillary.
She is so stinkin' bought by AIPAC that she dares not offend Israel, but if she wants the golden ring, she'll have to get off the fence. "To be or not to be...."
Ain't life a bitch?

let's give dems some praise. after the elections 2004 bush had high approval and according to the chimp, he had a fat capitol bank roll!!!! talk about counting your chickens before they hatch,, i digress. now bush is bankrupt and the repugs have the law after them. i think they have found their voice, will play it skillfully. no point in speculating that bush will pull out of iraq before the elections but to start screaming now may backfire on the dems. wait until it gets closer to 11/06 but subtly start linking any pull out with the elections so when it happens people will not be able to separate the two. repugs playing politics again. the dems have come along way. i think hilary is playing a game, never intends to become prez but this gives other candidates cover. my money is on mark warner. in straw polls i have seen his % approval rate is coming up higher rapidly. he has all of it, he even has charm. alittle of the jfk look. cannot put my finger on it but it is there.

Exactly, Maha. I thought this when I read that the pentagon was drawing up withdrawal plans at the same time that Bush and Cheney were shrieking that withdrawal meant defeat.

And rumor has always been that withdrawal would take place in such a way to coincide with the midterm elections, just as deployment did.

Are the democrats going to get blindsided again? Maybe we should start a pool.
