		<description>At most, the Bushies had a badly documented circumstantial argument that Iraq may have tried to purchase yellowcake, but failed, in 1999. This seems to me to be a less than compelling reason to go to war in 2003, especially when the IAEA was saying, by January 2003, that inspectors were not finding indications that Iraq had been processing uranium.</description>
