Tis a big IF if the pro-lifers are really concerned about reducing abortion rates.......I don't think that this abortion issue is just about saving 'human life'.......as you said in another post, it is also about controlling and punishing women and girls for being sexual. The 'intent' of the rigidity-religiosity wingers is to jointly deny access to BOTH contraception and abortion, sort of like creating a box canyon into which the 'females' are herded and controlled.
