Busted Rush

I’m deferring to Taylor Marsh:

The bottom line is that Rush, by getting a “deferrred prosecution” will be out $30,000 for court costs and have a huge hit to his overblown ego. But in the end, if he does what he’s supposed to do, the charge will never be on his record and at the end of 18 months it will vanish. Roy Black, Rush’s attorney, deserves a medal. It’s a rich white man’s deal, baby. Now just imagine if Rush was a Democrat.

  1. I can’t help but think of all the people in jail serving hard time for victimless crimes, most notably possesion of marijuana. Primarily due to our elected officials attempting to prove how ‘tough’ they are on crime and their imposition of mandatory sentences. And having read {I refuse to listen to him) this bloated windbag’s rants against said crimes, I am reminded that, sadly but true, IOKIYAR.

  2. I love it…I been working on a job where i’m forced for 3 hours a day to listen to Rush’s incessant rants about how terrible the illegal Mexicans are, and how they are draining our economy, crowding our emergency rooms and putting a severe strain on our educational and police services. Rush bellows that respect for our laws is paramount and we have a duty as good Americans to rid this nation of the Mexican menace and their blatant disrespect for our laws.
Rush has been dispensing morality from on high as the righteous law abiding American and now he’s been forced to admit to fraud and illegal drug abuse. I love it…Let he who is without sin cast the first stone? Even if Rush can walk away clean after 18 months doesn’t matter, the important thing is that he pleaded guilty to the charge. The law allows a certain kindness by letting the guilty plead no contest to make their guilty plea more palatable, isn’t that sweet. Rush should have spiced up his admission of guilt with latin by entering a nolo contendere plea to make it even tastier yet

  3. Let’s be realistic here. It has nothing to do with being Republican, unless you are saying that Republicans are the only people with money. Only a poor person would have done jail time for this crime. Of course, no poor person would have had a maid to send out on procurement runs.

  4. I taught in a maximum security prison over 25 years ago. Back when “rehabilitation” wasn’t a 4-letter word. Reagan stopped that program. I taught guys who were in there for a lot less than this worthless, soul-less piece of $#!t.
I guess I’m just sad that he’s not someones bitch tonight.
What a brave hero, sending out his maid. Just watch, his poor maid will have to do time…
“Con”gratulations, Rush. Now get on the radio and tell us again what a brave hero you are fighting the war of words over here so you don’t have to fight them over there. Tell everyone how the American the system works. For rich clowns like you, anyway.
    Megadip$#!t…

  5. I think that Taylor Marsh was just repeating what I saw Roy Black say on CNN. Those were Black’s words. All Rush has to do is go through the rehab program.

People should have thought something was up when the fat bastard lost weight in a fairly short period of time.

Rush has said people who use drugs should be in jail but, of course, he was excluding himself. How could anyone spit out such much venom and talk so fast and spill out so many falsehoods without being on drugs. Doctor shopping is what he did.

Bring down the fat bastard. Send the high school grad back to MO.

  6. I certainly relate to Swami.Several years ago I worked with a guy who listened to Rush for three hrs followed by “DR.” Laura.
He had worked for the company longer than I and was assigned the vehicle, so I was reluctant to say much until one day when I’d had a belly full and asked him why it was ok to subject me to hours of propaganda from two venom spewing imbeciles.
The guy got fired after threatening the boss several weeks later.
    Garbage in, garbage out….
