There is no evidence other than Comey's self-serving testimony to substantiate any of this, particularly the looney conspiracy theorists like Blumenthal. In any case, this is just a rehash of old "news" that the New York Times pitched last year without stirring much attention. There is no reason to suppose this turkey will fly now.
