Maha: I have to disagree with joanr16. Stomach flu is a misnomer. There is no such thing. Stomach virus, maybe. If it is respiratory flu, do not drag your poor body to a physician. It is a waste of time and energy. There are no medications effective for a virus so as bad as it is you just have to see it through and a doctor will tell you to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Since I have already told you that, save your money.
As far as Obama, I'm not sure how I feel about him but it's early. I already know I like him a lot better than Hillary.

Have faith that you'll recover,Maha...It's only George Bush's legacy that has no hope of recovery. For Bush it's just like the bible says.."Your sins will find you out"

Stomach flu? Lime bubbly water, and then Malt-O-Meal when semi-recovered. Respiratory flu? Get thee to a physician, posthaste. That stuff is awful.

I thought Eugene Robinson's piece was right-on, but this one paragraph has me puzzled:

But Obama has set his sights higher, and implicit in his campaign is a promise, or a threat, to eclipse Clinton's accomplishments. Obama doesn't just want to piece together a 50-plus-1 coalition; he wants to forge a new post-partisan consensus that includes "Obama Republicans" -- the equivalent of the Gipper's "Reagan Democrats."

OK. So how does Sen. Obama intend to eclipse Bill's accomplishments? He wants to forge a new post-partisan consensus to do what, exactly? Who are the "Obama Republicans," and assuming they were also Republicans during the venal and criminal Bush II administration, why would Obama attract their support?

As with just about everything else about Sen. Obama, that paragraph raises a lot of questions for me, and answers none.
