Take a look at this Jeremy Scahill piece from RealTime last night. Not a scientific poll, but really amazing support given what we hear in the MSM.

Some Hillary apologists are saying that endorsements really mean little. On the other hand some raged furious when Richardson endorsed Obama. See a contradiction here? (Reich has to be a real slap in the face.)

In fact, contradictary policies, opinions, and practices coming from the Hillary machine seem to be so consistent as to leave the decided, or undecided, voter so confused as to who Hillary really is and/or what she really believes that Hillary may end up losing by default.

Hillary may just have cooked her own goose when she gave a metaphorical middle finger to Move On.
Read about it on firedoglake.

Take a look at balloon-juice. They have a still pic from a slightly different angle, clearly showing he's scratching his cheek with *two* fingers.

People are insane.

Science has not yet invented measurements small enough to express how little I care if it was a rude gesture or if it was intentional or not.

My second reaction is that a saavy politician, upon becoming convinced that trivial stupidity is the only thing that gets attention, might choose to be the one driving which trivial stupidities are being talked about. One assumes that giving a subtle finger might not be a thing that an effete elitist does, so being accused of it might actually enhance one's standing, paradoxically. Particularly when the other side is suggesting Obama isn't up to the rough-and-tumble.

I'm just sayin'.

Finally, the moment Hillary complains, I'll be happy to paraphrase a noted Senator: "Being shown rude gestures is nothing like the pressures you face inside the White House. In fact, when the going gets tough, you just can’t walk away because we’re going to have some very tough decisions that we have to make. I think we need a president who can take whatever comes your way.”
