I was a volunteer in NC for Obama. It was one of the best experiences of my life! What energy!!!
There were volunteer’s there from FL, MA, GA, CA, TX, NY, OH, VA, TN, SC. VOLUNTEER’S!!! And, mind you, this was in little ol’ Fayetteville, NC!
What an amazing victory! 14%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Too bad Jesse Helm’s isn’t dead yet. I’d pay good money to watch him spin in his grave!

One of my friends was pointing out that Obama pulled a really neat trick in Indiana by conceding before the counting was over. The last few areas to report went heavily for Obama meaning that there was still an outside chance of Obama pulling off a serious upset. And if she accepted and said much, and the upset happened, Hillary would more or less be dead in the water.

Anyway, I think the final results are Clinton gained 4 delegates in Indiana by getting 51% of the vote, Obama gained 16 in North Carolina due to a double digit margin. Not a good night for the Clinton campaign.

O.K. it’s over now! We sure had some big nuckles. I wonder how Gary’s vote was affected by the recent supreme court equation. I think it says alot about, what the supreme court thinks about Gary, Indiana.

Obama does give a good speech. He doesn’t miss a beat, it’s like his words are in his heart and just flow forth from an inner truth. It’s amazing when you contrast Obama’s speaking ability against Bush’s near incoherent ramblings. Bush’s last Rose Garden speech on the economy was a prime example of an external manifestation of an internal confusion. Instead of exuding confidence and an aire of knowledge we would expect from a leader,Bush came off as disorientated and almost guessing at what he was talking about.

Obama wins big in N.C. What a speech, I had to listen on radio, sounded like a general election unification speech! They won’t call Indiana? Great, my hometown “Lake County” has not reported any votes? Polls have been closed for over 3 hours? Looks like Obama may get real close in Indiana maybe 2%. Not bad for the most backward state in the Union!
