Borked for the ages.
I clicked on “No Comment” to not make a comment.
If you have nothing good to say about someone…
It looks like “King Tut” had the last laugh, his party adopted his world view, then the TeaTards took it to the next level.
I picture Senator Inouye on the Up escalator, Judge Bork on the Down escalator….
I’m sure an elevator was arranged for both.
Daniel Inouye may have been a hero in WWII; but, in the world of American Indian women, he was known to be a sexual harrasser of women who worked for him. We can’t get rid of sexism without exposing some of the biggest perpetrators.
Has anybody here seen my old friend Bobby Bork? I just looked around and he was gone.
I don’t have any particular beliefs about an afterlife, but just for him, I choose to imagine that getting into heaven involves confirmation hearings.
Lawrence O’Donnell reminded me tonight of the role Bork played in Watergate. He fired the Watergate Special Investigator, Archibald Cox, after the Attorney General and his Deputy resigned for refusing to fire Cox. It was known as the Saturday Night Massacre.
Bonnie – I didn’t know that. Maybe he will meet Bork at the gate.
joanr16…I don’t think Bork was stopped at the gate..He probably when straight to sitting at the right hand of Big J. as legal counsel.
I’m surprised Bork’s wife didn’t incourage him to lose the billy goat beard. It didn’t become him..It made him look kinda impish.. Sorta like Pan.
