  1. I watched the first hour. Ron Suskind is the new Bob Woodward, I think. (If Bob Woodward was ever the old Bob Woodward, which I doubt. Wiener.)

All those talking heads, all on record. Now those guys are patriots! The whole show pretty much cut through 4 1/2 years of speculation and rumor, and nailed down the terrible failures of the “War on Terror” that arose from Dick and Rummy’s power madness.

I wonder if anyone was listening. After all, it had nothing to do with Angelina Jolie.

  2. Oh, and I wanted to wish Miss Lucy a speedy recovery! (The comment section for that post was really slow in opening, so I’m adding my get-well wishes here!)

  3. I was hijacked to this site when I clicked on your link above “Gary Farber discusses” Has it happened to anyone else? It sucks because my battery is dying and I left my power cord at work – what a waste of valuable time.

  4. I just want to share this thought with my fellow Americans… We’ve already lost the war in Iraq and like the old expression goes..”you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”, so let’s acknowledge the mistake of invading Iraq and encourage our Congressional leaders to get honest with us and themselves and bring the troops home..We have a moral obligation as citizens of this nation to respect the lives of our servicemen and women. If we are not willing to offer up ourselves or our children to die for the cause in Iraq, then we are wrong to offer up the life or the child of someone else.

Oh, another thing, off topic but,..from a historical perspective, I just gotta say..The destruction of Fallujah was not a good page in our history.I don’t know who brainstormed that atrocity, but whoever it was, without a doubt, put a major shit-stain on the pages of American history.

  5. zeus — you were at the right site. Scroll down past Gary’s pitch for himself and a bit past the word “Amygdala”. Gary’s post are worth reading. The “Dark Side” review is the first item.
