An ICE agent shot and killed a woman in Minnesota today. Immediately Kristi Gnome claimed the woman was a domestic terrorist who was trying to ram ICE agents with her car. Already Gov. Walz and Minneapolis Mayor have both seen a video of the incident and say the video doesn’t show the agent being threatened. We also have an eyewitness account:
Emily Heller lives near 33rd and Portland and said she woke up to a commotion outside her home. She said she saw a car blocking traffic on Portland Avenue that appeared to be part of a protest against federal law enforcement operations.
Heller said she heard ICE agents telling the driver, a woman, to “get out of here.”
“She was trying to turn around, and the ICE agent was in front of her car, and he pulled out a gun and put it right in — like, his midriff was on her bumper — and he reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times,” Heller said.
Heller said it appeared the woman then accelerated and traveled about 100 feet before striking a utility pole and some other vehicles. She could be seen slumped over inside her car.
It may be a while before all the details are public. But we already know that from now on all the MAGAts will defend the ICE shooter and say he was acting in self defense, Just like George Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse. And the dead woman was terrorist libtard scum. Same old same old.
I just watched a video of the incident taken on a bystander’s phone. I don’t know if this is the same video Walz and Frey saw or not. It seems obvious the woman was trying to turn away from the ICE agents and get away from them. I didn’t see any ICE agent in danger, unless there was one crouching in front of her car so he couldn’t be seen. You can see it here, starting at about 1:50.
The Gnome says that the shooting victim was a domestic terrorist. I say the Gnome has led a sheltered life.
"On her bumper" (the eyewitness quote) seems to be a bit of an overstatement from the video. When she's about to start forward movement, she couldn't directly hit anyone, and might have sideswiped the one who shot her (at worst). Contra Noem, she started forward motion after she was shot – that does not allow a terrorism charge. (I mean, "duh, we knew there was no terrorism," but… she's also entirely factually vacuous in her claims.)
I can't think of a worse policing outcome, especially if ICE had body cameras, and therefore got a good shot of her face, and her car. Tracking her down would have been safe and trivial. Killing her was entirely unnecessary.
I have no actual information, but I would be extremely surprised if these squads are wearing body cams.

Unnecessary, it was fucking cold-blooded murder! Unnecessary makes it sound like some sort of administrative error. It's obvious from the video these pigs cornered this woman, came at her car masked, guns drawn, they tried to force her door open, she tried to drive away and they murdered her, 3-5 shots in the face. We have seen video like this in Chicago, they approach vehicles and smash the windows out, this is a tactic not an accident. Diaper don and his magat pigs are going to start a race war, they have descended on Minnesota in search of black and brown people. "The Somali's are robbing the federal government". Remember "they're eating the cats easting the dogs"? This was always the plan, the goons are in place, snow queen, whiskey pete, thousands of masked anonymous racist pigs in body armor. I may regret this but I want the State National Guard to shut down ICE in Minneapolis. Wherever they are staying, blockade with armored vehicles. If any ICE gets out, follow with helicopters and dispatch troops to follow and intervene. Yes, Trump will escalate and it should go to federal court. I hope the judge will order both sides to stand down. ICE goes home with an injunction to stay out of MN unless the court agrees the need outweighs the risk to US citizens.
This situation is exactly what the fascists want. Their blood-lust knows no limit and the chuds will fawn over the snuff-flicks and demand more corpses. I told the wife today that I realized that we are now subjects, not citizens and that the American social contract is being re-written. Reality bending at this level must have preceded the design and implementation of the gas chambers in Nazi Germany. How quicky the highest governmental powers fingered the victim with a total lack of critical thinking, deliberation, or supporting evidence. Such behavior is reprehensible, evil, and a flagrant abuse of their power. If they had normal levels of human character they would both immediately resign. Not to resign only confirms their moral unfitness to have the position and the power they have.
We as a country owe a serious apology to all the countries we have distressed and disrupted and all the accusations of the "axis of evil" we have confirmed. We merit only shame.
Here is an excellent video analysis put out by the NYT. One very interesting fact is that the ICE or CPD (or whatever acronym we use for these nazi pigs) that shot this women and several others involved all left the scene before the body was ever pulled from the car. How can there be an accurate investigation when the shooter and his accomplices left the scene? Only a criminal leaves the scene! Since they don't wear badges, name tags and are masked then it only follows that the boss, the snow queen, should be charged with murder.

This is sick, pathological. Bad enough that a 'law enforcement' arm of the US Gov't kills a citizen like this; far worse that a large chunk of the population willfully looks for ways to pretend that it's OK.
