  1. Ian Williams talks in the article about how the righties give their books away in 3 for 1 deals on right wing websites. I have seen this going on for years (all the conservative book clubs do the same as well), they are not interested in actually making money with these propaganda rags, not interested either if they are actually read (in fact better if they are not read, harder to disprove the many lies contained within). They only want to see their names on the NYT’s bestseller list. Amazing how these wingnuts want to be on a best seller list in a newspaper they so despise?

  2. Came across this quote that has some food for thought:

Evil is like a shadow – it has no real substance of its own, it is simply a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, stamp on it, by railing against it, or any other form of emotional or physical resistance. In order to cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it. -Shakti Gawain, teacher and author (b. 1948)

Let’s start shining the light on the Bush Administration; focus the brightest lights on the V.P.

  3. A very old Cherokee man was telling his grand children about a dream where there is a visious battle between a dark grey wolf and a golden wolf. The dark grey wolf represents fear, disease, deathy, lies, greed, and envy, the golden wolf represents the light, beauty, healthy, truth, and goodness.
The children listened intently about the battle, then one asked ” grand father, which wolf will win?”
The old man replied, ” the one you feed”.

  4. I wonder how the righties who invested in Iraqi dinars are making out with their investment. I recall several conservative blogs(Malkin) who were advertising the chance to cash in on making millions by purchasing dinars. And once Bush restructured the Iraqi enconomy…you’d be sitting pretty and rolling in the bucks.
