JOE IN OKLAHOMA – You forgot to mention that we who support Obama, according to Republican taggers, are cultists, which of course makes Obama the leader of a cult and we all know that a cult is a sect considered to be false, unorthodox and extremist enslaved by a charismatic leader who – is false, unorthodox and extremist.
Hillary paints him as some sort of a mesmerist, a Svengali, an empty vessel whose only talent is his ability to amass millions of followers – in other words, an illusionist .
grannyeagle – I can’t say if Obama is Lincoln; however, I read that Paramahansa Yogananda said that Lincoln was a yogi who incarnated when he did because he wanted to work on bringing racial equality. In so doing, perhaps (my opinion) he paved the way for Barack Obama, a bi-racial man, living in the same state as Lincoln to attain to the highest office, 150 years later. Perhaps he paved the way, as you suggest, for himself to reincarnate as Obama, to complete the task he started as Lincoln.

It really wasn’t my idea that Obama is the reincarnation of Lincoln but came from Gordon-Michael Scallion who is a psychic or channeler or something, I’m not sure. I just was intrigued because I have read that Lincoln was very charismatic and so is Obama. I wanted the opinions and views of others. That kind of influence just can’t be explained by facts. Also, Lincoln is the most admired president and has had more written about him than any other president. I do believe in reincarnation and I can see how Lincoln (or the soul/spirit) of Lincoln might decide to come back and finish what he started.
On another note, most psychics have predicted that Hillary will win the election but Scallion says Obama will. Fascinating times we live in.
While I am an obama supporter, as a woman, I find the words and images used here highly objectionable.
Surely we can support obama without resorting to sexist and misogynist portrayals of clinton. She damages her own candidacy with far more concrete actions than by just being a woman.
