Also,

Federal prosecutors in New Jersey have issued grand jury subpoenas to Gov. Chris Christie’s re-election campaign and to the state Republican Party as part of a preliminary inquiry into accusations that aides to Mr. Christie shut down access lanes to the George Washington Bridge as political retribution, the lawyer for the campaign and the party said Thursday.

It’s mostly little furry radioactive things with antenna and big fangs.

  1. Poor Dinesh.
He went from using straw-men for the bullsh*t points he was making in his scribbling’s, to straw-donors for a candidate who had no chance in her NY bid to beat Kirsten Gillibrand for her US Senate seat.
And now he faces campaign election fraud charges.
Couldn’t happen to a “nicer” sociopathic bullsh*t artist.

  2. That Dinesh thing ought to get the FAUX news Blazers crazy, he a real hero on the dimwittedteabagger front, they like having a brown one or two they can point to when the racism gets too obvious! Some of the comments to the link are pretty funny “D’Souza should have stuck to adultery” stands out!!!!!

  3. In reading the comments about Dinesh, the wingnuts of course think its a case of using government to harass its enemies, much like they still believe the govt used the IRS and FBI against them. Side story: Love how Dinesh was previously forced to resign his presidency of a Christian college after being caught with a woman at motel, while married.

    OT, Koch World 2014:

If the Koch brothers’ political operation seemed ambitious in 2010 or 2012, wait for what’s in store for 2014 and beyond…

…This year, the Kochs’ close allies are rolling out a new, more integrated approach to politics. That includes wading into Republican primaries for the first time to ensure their ideal candidates end up on the ticket, and also centralizing control of their network to limit headache-inducing freelancing by affiliated operatives.
The shift is best illustrated in the expansion of three pieces of the Koch political network expected to be showcased or represented at the three-day meeting in Palm Springs…

The family that prays together stays together…And the family that gets indicted together stays united together.

Bob doesn’t seem to have the same Christian philosophy I would as being the Christian head of the family and loving protectorate of my wife. The bible says for husbands to love their wives like Christ loves the church. “Greater love has no man than to take a felony conviction for his wife”. Maybe it’s me and my interpretation of scripture, but I would take that to mean that if I was given a choice of pleading guilty to one felony count in exchange for cutting my wife free from prosecution of a felony. I would do it in a heartbeat. For it would surely please the Lord.
I don’t know the extent of solid evidence the prosecution has against McDonnell and the little Lady, but from the news reports it seems that the little Lady has some pretty damning evidence lodged against her, and if I were McDonnell I wouldn’t feel at all comfortable with her heading into a trial trying to beat the rap.. A real husband would fall on his sword to prove his love.

  5. “I don’t know the extent of solid evidence the prosecution has against McDonnell and the little Lady”

From most of what I’ve read the “little lady” was the one pushing for the gifts, the governor was just the vehicle she used (with his consent) to extract the bribes.
